Supporting Whole Family & Community Wellness Through Sports & Opportunity
At OTF Cares, we believe that the health and well-being of our families extend far beyond the playing field. Our mission is rooted in supporting the whole health of our current NFL and alumni families—husbands, spouses, children, and the communities they continue to inspire and impact. We understand that our stakeholders are diverse, spanning generations from Baby Boomers to Gen Z and Alpha, each with unique needs, talents, and aspirations.
A Family-Centered Approach to Transformation
The OTF Cares Initiative is dedicated to fostering a culture of mental wellness, support, growth, and opportunity. By aligning with strong corporate and community partners, we aim to ignite transformational change and foster transparency—empowering our families to thrive both on and off the field. Our goal is to create a legacy of wellness that uplifts every generation, recognizing that the strength of our community is rooted in collective resilience and shared purpose.

A Platform for Community & Impact
Our families and stakeholders are committed to using their platforms as catalysts for positive change. By partnering with forward-thinking corporations and community organizations, we aim to lead and incite transformation and transparency—demonstrating how sports can serve as a powerful resource for community development. In turn, our communities reciprocate this support, creating a cycle of empowerment and growth.

OTF Cares is committed to developing the future workforce across professional sports and beyond. Our National Internship Program offers engaging, creative, behind-the-scenes experiences that expose talented individuals—whether aspiring athletes or future industry leaders—to the diverse careers within sports. Through this program, participants gain valuable skills, mentorship, and insights to shape their careers and lives.
Externships
